The Dietician is an NPC found in the Central Chamber and she is the third NPC found after using the time machine.
She can be unlocked by using 10 
Astro Coins to form the first Rift Item and then another 25 Astro Coins to open the Rift and then summon her.
She is a post prestige NPC that can stop up to three cravings from appearing in the craving pool. The first one is included, the second one is for 250 gems and the third one for 500.
