Parameters:
- RES: Name of resource to show, with spaces and capital letters
- SIZE: Size of resource icon. Default is 64px (Someone should probably change this, I just think too small is ugly.)
- AMT: Amount shown next to resource. Default is hidden.
The template will (eventually) automatically link the displayed icon to its respective resource's page.
