The Telepad can be unlocked after solving all of the Tier 19 Feats.
It costs 30 
Moon Runes and 30 
Blood Runes and has 3 uses. Only 1 Telepad can be in the lair at any given time.
Mechanic
The Telepad can be activated three times. Each time it will summon a Cadet, which acts like a Mini-Champions invading the Dungeon. After defeating all 3 Cadets, the Telepad gets damaged and drops a Cosmic Chest.
Note that only 1 cadet can be in the lair at a time, the cadet type chosen is random, and they cannot be fed to the Devourer (as they teleport out of her stomach every time they are fed to it), so it is important to have various fighting strength minions to be prepared.
