Description
The Floating Skull is a Forgotten Minion that can be summoned by merging a max level Skeleton and Eye Monster when the Ancient Tablet allows. Its effect is that, it whenever a minion is merged, it generates 1 Ice Rune and has 40 uses for a total of 40 runes.
